Dream catchers and wall hangings are NOT made as toys. They are designed to be hung up high completely out of reach of children. We will not be responsible for any piece of a dream catcher/wall hanging coming off because of it being used incorrectly used or mishandled. You purchase our products at your own risk knowing that it contains small parts which can be a choking hazard.
Also please be careful when you are unwrapping your order as these items are very delicate.
Crystals are small and shouldn't be given as toys to small children. Please make sure all children are fully supervised when they are handling crystals or their products. Crystals should be kept out of reach of small children.

The tracking number will be sent to you after purchase. Shipping is only within Australia
Once your item has been shipped please allow 2-7 business days for it to arrive.
All orders are carefully packed with love and sent by Australia post.
***Due to current circumstances around COVID-19 please allow a little extra time when receiving your parcel as distribution centers aren't working at full capacity which is resulting in slower processing times.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
If your exchange or refund is accepted we will contact you with instructions on where to send your parcel. You will be required to send your parcel with a tracking number at your own cost.
Once we have received your parcel, we will provide a replacement of the same or similar item. If a similar item is unavailable we will offer a store credit or a refund excluding shipping costs.
We do not under any circumstance offer refunds or exchanges on any of our custom made products.
All our orders are packed carefully but if an item does arrive broken please contact us within 24 hours of recieving your parcel and attach a photo of your broken item and we will be more than happy to assist you.
